What if I need to modify my order?

Your order can only be modified unless it is shipped already. In order to do that please send an email to info@doublejersey.com or contact us using our Contact form

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Address changes can only be made if your order is not yet packed and shipped. If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible and send the following information to verify your account:

-Order Number
-Registered First and Last name
-Registered address
-Registered phone number

Can I get same day delivery?

Same day deliveries are not available. Our company is offering standart delivery which takes between 2-3 days

Do you offer International shipping?

Can i pay online?

Yes, payment can be done with all main payment methods including Visa/Mastercard, Paypal, iDeal, ING Home’Pay, Bank transfer and etc.

Can i return products?

Our Double Jersey bed sheets are with exceptional quality, incredibly soft and ecofriendly. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns and exchanges in 14 days period from the delivery date.

NOTE: We only accept unopened packages, if the item shows damaging and a proof with a picture is necessary.

Do i have to pay for returns?

Return delivery cost will be reimburssed with a coupon only on defective or damaged orders.
